Full pre-payment and a non-refundable policy will be applied for all rooms in a group booking.

This will supersede any prior group booking that was made with a flexible and refundable policy. Should there be an outstanding balance as a result, our team will contact you to complete the full settlement.

For exclusivity reason, Club Floor and Lounge access are strictly for guests staying in the Club Rooms and Club Suites aged above 12 years old.

Club guests enjoy complimentary, exclusive access to the Club Lounge that serves breakfast, all-day refreshments including barista-prepared coffee and light snacks, and evening cocktails and canapes, in addition to a private infinity pool located on Level 22. Club guests who book direct from our official website additionally enjoy complimentary early check-in or late check-out.

Guests can enjoy The Marmalade Pantry conveniently located within the hotel or visit nearby restaurants such as Two Men Bagel House, and Da Luca Italian Restaurant.

Novena MRT is the nearest train station directly connected to the hotel.

For early check-ins, a pre-blocking of room is required for a confirmed early check-in, chargeable at 1 night's charge.

For late check-outs at 6 pm, it will be chargeable at half day rate. For check-outs after 6 pm, 1 full day charge applies.

Dry cleaning and laundry service are available, you may also refer to the in-room laundry list for charges or approach any of our staff to assist you.

Parking is chargable at the property. However, complimentary one-time exit parking coupon is provided per room night for guest who booked directly on our website.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises. Guests are allowed to smoke in designated smoking areas outside the hotel. If you are caught smoking in the guestroom, you are liable for a fine of SGD200.

Luggage storage is available to hotel guests on a complimentary basis. Guests who arrive before their check-in time may store their bags until their rooms are ready. Guests may also store their bags following their checkout until the end of the day.

Our hotels follow the Singapore standard and uses the British BS1362 three-pronged square pin type socket.

Breakfast is served daily from 7 am to 10.30 am.

Baby cots and baby cribs are available on request and subject to availibility.

Vegetarian meals are available for breakfast and in-room dining.

Our hotel is not Halal certified.
