Payment & Cancellation Policy

• All rates indicated are NETT rates and include mandatory charges of 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
• Bookings are strictly non-refundable.
• Full-prepayment is required with no cancellation & amendments allowed.
• Blackout dates may apply.
• Far East Hospitality will not be able to exchange the discount for cash, other privileges or value-adds, nor will Far East Hospitality be able to transfer the discount to another guest.

Promotion Policy

• All participating properties reserve the right to amend the promotion without prior notice.
• Rooms and/or apartments are subject to availability.
• This promotion can only be redeemed on our website. It cannot be redeemed through other channels e.g., telephone, email, corporate bookers.
• This promotion cannot be applied for existing room reservations and cannot be combined with any other promotions.
• The value-adds, benefits or inclusions in this promotion are subject to availability.

Other Terms

• *Minimum advanced booking lead time of 3 days is required.
• *Inclusive of MASTER Series privileges such as personalised in-room refreshments, extended all-day in-room breakfast hours, a distinct turndown service and personal concierge services by The Clan Keeper, among others.
• ^Dinner reservations at QĪN Resturant and Bar will be made for check-in date by default.
• For any properties in Malaysia, the Sales and Services Tax (SST) of 6% as required by the federal government of Malaysia will be levied on guests' daily bill with effect on overnight stays from 1st September 2018.
• For any properties in Malaysia, the Tourism Tax (TTx) of MYR10.00nett per room per night as required by the federal government of Malaysia is applicable to all non-Malaysian tourists and is to be collected upon check-in.
• In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
