What is the check-in and check-out policy of your hotel?

Check-in: Available from 3:00 PM. If you plan to check in after 1:00 AM, please contact the hotel in advance. Check-out: Rooms are available until 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM, depending on the type of room. Early check-in or late check-out is available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please check with the front desk on the day of your stay.

Are laundry services available at your hotel?

Self-service coin laundry facilities are available.

Are there parking lots at the hotel for guests and is it free?

The hotel does not have a parking lot available for guests. Please use a nearby parking lot.

Are your hotels in a smoking zone?

A designated smoking room is located next to the elevator on the first floor. All other rooms in the hotel are non-smoking.

Can you assist in setting up a room for a celebration?

We do not offer room setup services for celebrations.

Can I store my luggage at the hotel before the official check-in time?

Yes, luggage storage is complimentary for hotel guests. If you arrive before check-in time, we can store your luggage until your room is ready. After check-out, you may also leave your bags with us until the end of the day.

Can you arrange for a personal pick up from/to the airport?

Airport transfer service is not available.

Is there a free wheelchair rental service?

Wheelchairs are available, depending on availability and space.

Do you provide baby cribs in the rooms?

Baby cots are available based on availability and room space. They can only be provided in the Deluxe Twin Room and Deluxe Plus Twin Room.

How much for an additional adult/child in a room?

Breakfast can be added, depending on availability. The cost is 1,760 yen per adult per meal and 880 yen per child (ages 5-12) per meal. (Tax included)

Are there accessible/connecting/smoking rooms?

Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM.

We provide Toothbrush, hairbrush, razor, shower cap, wash towel, cotton swab, cotton and hair tie.

Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

Yes, you can send your luggage in advance. Please ensure that the delivery slip includes the same full name and phone number as the person making the reservation. Additionally, make sure the item is prepaid.

What is the nearest station?

The nearest station is Sakuragicho on the JR Keihin Tohoku Line. If you have a ticket, exit via the south exit gate and proceed to the right. If using an IC card, please use the new south exit gate.

Until what age can children co-sleep?

Children up to the age of 12 can sleep with their parents in the same bed.

If I make a reservation for the wrong date or time, can I change it?

We provide one type of long-sleeved one-piece loungewear suitable for both men and women.

We have a lobby lounge available 24 hours a day, offering free drinks. Additionally, there is a village lounge exclusively for guests staying on the village floor, which offers drinks including alcohol.
