Pets are allowed in selected apartments at our Serviced Residence, levied at SGD 30 per day or SGD 500 per month, subject to prevailing government taxes.
A deposit is generally not required for stays less than three months at our Serviced Residences. If the stay is between three months and one year, we will be collecting a one-month deposit. If the stay is more than one year, we will be collecting a two-month deposit.
