For exclusivity reasons, the Club levels and lounge access are strictly for guests staying in the Club Rooms, Junior Suites and Suite Rooms. Guests have to be aged 18 years old and above.

Club Guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast as a club benefits.

There is a variety of dining options located at the Rendezvous Gallery, offering different cuisines. Alternatively, the hotel is just steps away to local dining and nightlife favourites.

The nearest train stations are Bencoolen MRT (1-min walk), Bras Basah MRT (3-min walk) and Dhoby Ghaut MRT (5-min walk).

For an early check-in, a pre-blocking of room is required for a confirmed early check-in, chargeable at 1 night’s charge.

For late checkout at 6:00 PM, it will be chargeable at half-day rate. For checkout after 6:00 PM, a full-day charge applies.

Dry cleaning and laundry services are available. You may refer to the in-room laundry list for charges or approach our staff to assist you.

Our hotel provides complimentary on-site parking for our in-house guests.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises. There are designated smoking areas outside the hotel.
Guests who are caught smoking in the guestrooms are liable for a fine of SGD 200.

Luggage storage is available to hotel guests on a complimentary basis. Guests who arrive before their check-in time may store their bags until their rooms are ready. Guests may also store their bags following their checkout until the end of the day.

Our hotel follows the Singapore standard and uses the British BS1362 three-pronged square pin type socket.

Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM.

Baby cots are available on request and subject to availability.
