Far East Village Hotel Tokyo Asakusa Opens Its Doors on 1 April 2023

This is Far East Hospitality’s third hotel in Japan in less than 3 years.

3 April 2023, SINGAPORE - Far East Hospitality, a leading hotel and serviced residence operator based in Singapore, has just announced that Far East Village Hotel Tokyo Asakusa in Japan is officially opened . This new addition marks Far East Hospitality's third property in Japan, following the successful launches of Far East Village Hotel Tokyo Ariake in July 2020 and Far East Village Hotel Yokohama in June 2021.

Far East Village Hotel Tokyo, Asakusa is a 134-room hotel with a strategic location in the heart of Asakusa district. It is just a 4-minute walk from Tawaramachi Station on the Ginza Line and within walking distance of five other stations, which makes it convenient for guests to explore Tokyo. With its unique "Live Like a Local" brand tagline, the hotel encourages its guests to fully immerse themselves in the culture and experiences that are available in the Asakusa neighborhood.  

Far East Village Hotel Tokyo, Asakusa offers a range of rooms with stunning views, including rooms that overlook the iconic Sky Tree and Sensoji Temple, as well as Asakusa's cityscape. The hotel's lobby is adorned with a tasteful grid design that seamlessly blends traditional and cultural Japanese elements with a modern touch. The lobby features an exquisite display of Daruma dolls, Maneki Neko, Masu (paper bowls), and moss, while the specially crafted fragrance called "Hinoka" permeates the space, enveloping guests in a serene and calming ambiance. The fragrance is composed of notes of muguet, guaiac wood, patchouli, and cedarwood, among other ingredients, evoking memories of a tranquil temple nestled amidst cypress trees.
