For a seamless transaction, cash and cheque will no longer be accepted at all our hotels and serviced residences in Singapore.

Accepted payment methods differ depending on the country, the property and the rates reserved. To find out if your payment method will be accepted by the property, please contact the property directly.

Check-in: 2:00 PM, Checkout: 12:00 PM

For an early check-in, a pre-blocking of room is required for a confirmed early check-in, chargeable at 1 night’s charge.

For late checkout at 6:00 PM, it will be chargeable at half-day rate. For checkout after 6:00 PM, a full-day charge applies.

Laundry services are available at all Village Hotels. You may also refer to the in-room laundry list for charges or approach any of our staff to assist you.

Our hotels provide free onsite parking for our in-house guests.

Most Village Hotels are a no-smoking zone. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hotel building. Guests are allowed to smoke in designated smoking areas outside the hotel. Guests will be fined a sum of SGD 200 if caught smoking inside the room.

Smoking rooms are only available at Village Hotel Bugis.

Luggage storage is available to hotel guests on a complimentary basis. Guests who arrive before their check-in time may store their bags until their rooms are ready. Guests may also store their bags following their checkout until the end of the day.

Limousine services are available at a charge for transfer from the Airport to our respective Village Hotels. Kindly advise your flight number and arrival time with our front office staff by phone or email.

Village Hotels follow the Singapore standard and uses the British BS1362 three-pronged square pin type socket.

Vegetarian meals are available for breakfast and in-room dining.

All Village Hotels (Village Hotel Albert Court, Village Hotel Bugis, Village Hotel Changi, Village Hotel Katong) are halal certified with the exception of Village Hotel Sentosa.

Breakfast is served daily from 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM.
