During the breakfast hours of between 6:30 to 10:30 am, guests to The Living Room can order eggs in any style they like, prepared à la minute by Chef Peter.

Always-friendly and ever-approachable, Chef Peter is just as happy working at his egg station (who wouldn’t with a view like that?) as he is delivering his lovingly-prepared eggs to appreciative guests.

For the more gastronomically-adventurous guests, try something other than the usual sunny-side up or mixed omelette - go local! Just ask Chef Peter for two eggs done ‘coffee-shop’-style to experience a slice of Singapore breakfast heaven - guaranteed! Or, as the locals would say; “Double confirm!”
