How many occupants are permitted in each residence?

Guest’s request for extra beds during their stay is subject to availability and apartment type. You can make a request 3 days in advance through the Reservations Team OR Front Office Team with a surcharge of SGD 60 per night / SGD 850 per month, subject to prevailing Goods & Services Tax.

Is there a luggage-storing facility?

There is no storage of luggage available at our Serviced Residences. However, if it is just few pieces for same day collection, you may check with our Management Office.

What is the housekeeping schedule of the residences?
